Hello I’m Sarah.

I’m very passionate about working with my clients to improve their physical and mental well-being. Whether it is muscle recovery for the athlete, nourishing pregnancy massage or remedial using advanced techniques including cupping or needling for the everyday muscle spasms, pains and injuries.

I am a mum of two beautiful girls and love camping, traveling and adventures with my family. I became a massage therapist as I couldn’t find a therapist who could give a good firm sports styled massage and really get into the problem areas. I now provide the service I once hoped for by combining techniques of deep tissue, stretching, cupping and dry needling.

Massage can help!

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is all about relaxing. Its a smooth, gentle, flowing style and helps improve circulation.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is the assessment and treatment of pain and dysfunction. It involves the treatment of muscles, fascia (connective tissue), ligaments and tendons which are prone to overuse, overloading, shortening or lengthening and this can produce all kinds of aches, pains and injuries.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a relaxing massage used to reduce stress, reduce swelling in the arms and legs  and relieve muscle and joint pain in pregnant women.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is designed to help athletes before, during and after training. It is useful for anyone who exercises to increase flexibility, prevent injuries and help with healing after a sports injury.

Cupping

Cupping involves placing a specially designed cup, generally plastic or glass, on your skin for a few minutes under suction.  It is believed to affect the underlying connective tissue, in particular the extremely strong fascia.  Cupping helps with reducing pain, inflammation, improved blood flow, relaxation and general well-being.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is the practice of inserting fine needles into the muscle. The needles are typically placed in areas of trigger points or tight muscle. The body responds by stimulating blood circulation and changes in the chemical balance and neural pathways. At this point, the body is starting its own healing process so that areas of muscle soreness and tension are naturally soothed away.
